LMR SDR Ver 1.5.A 2023

Karena banyaknya request , maka saya cetak lagi LMR SDR versi 1.5.A cetakan 2023 . Sebenarnya dengan versi yang lainnya sama saja, cuma beda pada Control BPF yang menggunakan relay di tiap Bandnya. Control LPF sudah saya tambahkan dalam pcb ini sehingga tidak memerlukan lagi pcb control lpf .

Desain Pcb berukuran 10cm x 14,8cm double layer dengan warna Hijau. Capacitor filter pada pcb saya sesuaikan dengan Capacitor jenis MKM atau Multilayer , agar didapat hasil yang bagus . Versi sebelumnya control BPF menggunakan ic ULN2003 saya ganti dengan transistor 2N3906 seperti versi 1.6

Hasil perakitan & test lancar dan tanpa kendala sesuai apa yang diharapkan . Jalur tidak ada koreksi lagi , sehingga bisa langsung di gunakan . Pengujian langsung di hubungkan dengan PA icom IC-735 dengan power output sekitar 160watt sangat nyaman didengarkan lawan QSO 59+ .

  1. Hello,
    In versions < 1.5 the SI5351 is powered only by the 3,3v output of the STM32 (which is powered with 5V).
    From V1.5 you added a 3,3 V regulator (maybe to have more current to also power the 74LVC74).
    Looking at the Schematics and the PCB (V1.5) I saw that the two power sources (AMS117 + STM32) are connected in parallel.
    Some people says it is not a good idea, because the voltage of the two sources cannot be exactly the same….
    What do you think of this, did you have problems ?

  2. I have enventualy built the V1.5A 2023, and it works very well, congratulations, Arif !
    And about my remark above, I have not connected pin H6 20 of STM32 (3,3 V) and it works as usual.
